Choir At Work

The most memorable team-building experience you will ever book.

Who Knew Singing Could Change So Much.

Are you looking to build team-work, internal leadership, understanding, while also giving people a moment to have fun and let-go of a little stress? There is nothing more perfect than Choir At Work. We come to a location of your choice and provide your group with a singing session people will talk about for the rest of their careers, guaranteed. So, what can you expect?

Outcome

Our team will bring a conductor, keyboard, music, and pianist to a location to your choice and teach your team a two-three part harmony of a song from our library, or a song of your choice*. After a series of warm-ups, part-learning, and a sing-through of the piece, you can expect a major shift in your company’s performance.

Collaboration

Singing in unison is scientifically proven to build connectivity between individuals. After our session, you will notice a clear impact on your team’s ability to communicate with one-another.

Leadership

A choir has a director, much like your business with a C-Suite managing many moving pieces of a company. What you don’t see is the leadership structure naturally build within the choir sections where people aid one-another and grow leadership skills based on their skill-set. It’s a focused study of strength and trust which will translate and build confidence in your team.

Productivity

Did you know listening is a learned skill? Singing together forces individuals to acutely listen to their surroundings to line-up with the piece. Productivity is increased when people can take an extra step in the whirlwind of work and take a moment to hear out their colleagues, leaders, and more importantly their clients. In the long run, this saves time, build efficiency, and results in a better final product.

Did we mention it’s a lot of fun?
